Within the 2002 Biscut Fire burn scar, Moderate severity was even more over estimated. We processed the fire area within the 2002 Biscut Fire scar seperatley as we believed the pre-fire shrub cover in the biscut scar, may have appeared to be heavier canopy loss than the heavy pre-fire canopy cover outside the Biscut fire scar.
